will work its way over here soon). To tell how old a tire is, look at the last set of

The Great Housing Bubble
The bubble mentality is summed up in three typical beliefs:
1. The expectation of future price increases.
2. The belief that prices cannot fall.
3. The worry that failure to buy now will result in permanent inability to obtain the asset.
The Great Housing Bubble was characterized by the acceptance of these beliefs by the general public,
and the exploitation of these beliefs by the entire real estate industrial complex, particularly the
sales mechanism of the National Association of Realtors.
The Great Housing Bubble, like all asset bubbles, was driven by the belief in permanent, rapid house price appreciation, an unrealistic perception of the risk involved, and the fear that waiting to buy would cause market participants to miss their opportunity to own a house. These erroneous beliefs were supported by groupthink; if everyone else believes it, it must be true. As with any mass delusion, it is difficult to see beyond the comforting fallacies to understand the deeper truth; however, it is essential to do so because the cost in emotional and financial terms of getting caught up in the mania is very high. Foreclosure and bankruptcy are bad for individuals, bad for families, and bad for society.

-A broken O.J. Simpson was sentenced Friday to at least 15 years in prison for a hotel armed
robbery after a judge rejected his apology and said, "It was much more than stupidity."
The 61-year-old football Hall of Famer stood shackled and stone-faced when Judge Jackie Glass
quickly rattled off his punishment soon after he made a rambling, five-minute plea for leniency,
choking back tears as he told her: "I didn't want to steal anything from anyone. ... I'm sorry, sorry."
The judge said several times that her sentence in the Las Vegas case had nothing to do with Simpson's
1994 acquittal in the slaying of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.
"I'm not here to try and cause any retribution or any payback for anything else," Glass said.
Simpson was immediately led away to prison after the judge refused to permit him to go free on bail while he appeals.
Simpson's co-defendant and former golfing buddy, Clarence "C.J. Stewart, also was sentenced to at least 15 years.
Outside court, Goldman's father, Fred Goldman, and sister, Kim, said they were thrilled with the sentence.
"There's never closure. Ron is always gone. What we have is satisfaction that this monster is where he belongs
behind bars," Fred Goldman said.

TO-THE-LETTER stated: I followed his advice and here I am; *BROKE, *HOMELESS and...-he was ARRESTED
(I didn't follow the link, though I WILL provide it SHORTLY.
In Riverside county, (proximity to Orange and Los Angeles counties) the worst hit county in California,
home prices are nearing a 50% DIVE with very little indication of A NEAR BOTTOM!
Countless individuals are abandoning/walking out of their homes and the ones holding on are actually
paying increasingly higher payments IN RELATION to the present value (and fast declining with no
bottom in sight) of said homes. This housing crash will probably WIPE-OUT equities built within the
last 6 to 9 years *OUR PREDICTION.*
We predicted $5-a-gallon diesel/gasoline 1 year before the fact and were told 'NO-WAY(!)' in the message boards.
Our prediction of $10-a-gallon is still on. We will post the specifics soon. Fuel prices will "crash' alongside
the recession and guess what will happen along with a recovery; you're dang RIGHT,! they'll start their climb
towards $10-a-gallon! That's GREAT, you're catching on!

You cannot raise yourself up by putting others down. There is no real joy to be found in the misfortune of others. You have so many better things to do.

The value to yourself and your world will be infinitely greater. At every opportunity, put your precious time and effort where they will make a positive difference. A top Chrysler executive warned Wednesday that a carmaker collapse could send the economy spiraling into a depression, while the United Auto Workers agreed to new concessions for their companies.
The UAW, scrambling to preserve jobs and benefits that could disappear with an automaker collapse, agreed at an emergency meeting in Detroit to delay the companies' payments to a multibillion-dollar, union-run health care trust and scale back a jobs bank in which laid-off workers are paid most of their salaries.
Ron Gettelfinger, the UAW chief, said the union would go back to the negotiating table to consider further givebacks to the Big Three.

It is estimated that 'union workers' produce *40% LESS* than the average American
worker, -per dollar paid. Union workers are said to earn, FRINGE benefits et
